Refund policy
Thank you for purchasing our products at RÍRÁN!
Prior to placing your order, kindly review our SIZE GUIDE. All orders are considered final. Please reach out to our team with any questions or concerns, we will be delighted to assist you with your order.
CANCELLATIONS
To be eligible for a complete refund, kindly request cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order, ensuring it is before the commencement of the production phase.
This is to ensure our in-house team hasn’t already begun the production process.
REFUNDS
Refunds are handled on a case-to-case basis, on the basis of studio-made errors (picture & video proof required). We do not offer cash refunds. We offer store credit refunds for all original priced items that are unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with original tags attached. All items must be free of stains and smells. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file. All returns should be initiated within 7 days after delivery for store credit. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund in the form of store credit, where applicable.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds are exclusive of delivery costs.
EXCHANGES
As we are a made-to-measure brand, we currently do not offer exchanges for any item purchased, except in the case of studio-made errors (picture & video proof required).
MADE-TO-MEASURE
Kindly note that made-to-measure clothing with measurements provided by you are ineligible for refunds, except in the case of studio-made errors which will be assessed as above (picture & video proof required).
ADJUSTMENTS
For adjustments, we make all outfits to the size/ measurements/ height provided. However, if adjustments are required, all adjustment and delivery costs would be covered by the customer. Adjustments are only available at the studio’s discretion, based on the feasibility of the request.
RETURN COSTS
All customers willing to return items are responsible for return shipping fees. We advice that you make use of a service that provides tracked shipping to ensure that we receive your item. Kindly pay all applicable customs fees when sending out your return as we're unable to do so for you.
