All RÍRÁN garments are made-to-measure with a processing time of 7-15 working days.

OUR PROCESS

Sourcing
After your order is received, our sourcing agent initiates a suitable fabric purchase, we ensure all our fabrics are ethically sourced and of the highest quality. This process takes 1-3 days.

Drafting and cutting
Then, the fabrics are transferred to the drafting and cutting agent who ensures that the garment is constructed precisely to the size/ measurements provided. This process takes 1-2 days.

Tailoring
Our experienced seamstresses then proceed to the sewing stage. They ensure that every garment is crafted with excellent craftmanship and an eye for detail. This process takes 1-3 days.

Finishing
The garment is subsequently transferred to the finishing agent for seam finishing, ironing and the final stages of production.

Quality Control
As a final step and to ensure your garments are perfect, our quality control agent scans through every inch

If there are any discrepancies at any stage, our representative will reach out. 

 

SHIPPING

As RÍRÁN is currently a small team, kindly note that processing time might lengthen depending on the number of items ordered. Orders leave the studio on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

An email will be sent to you along with a tracking number (if available) upon processing of the order. Delivery charges vary and would be added upon checkout.

Delivery within Lagos - 1-2 working days, we ship through Sppedaf, Uber Ride

Delivery within Nigeria - 2-5 working days, we ship through GIG, Topship

International Shipping - 3-15 working days, we primarily ship through DHL with a few exceptions shipped through Topship NG or FedEx.

Customs and import taxes
Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order as buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
